Who we are
El-Khawaja Fabrics ("we", "us", "our") sells fabric, trims, and sewing supplies by the metre through this website. You can reach us at admin@elkhawaga-fabrics.com or via the contact page.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it by email once payment and stock are verified. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud, and we'll let you know if that happens.
- Fabric is cut to order by the metre; the quantity you select at checkout is final once your order is confirmed.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are paid to the courier on arrival. Your card or wallet details are never stored on our servers.

Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other customers' use of the site.
Product information
We try to describe colours, weights, and content accurately, but screen colours vary by device and a small variance in cut length is normal for fabric sold by the metre. If what arrives is materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
Limitation of liability
We're liable for defective or incorrect items as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, a delayed project) arising from your use of this site or your order, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
