Processing time
Fabric is cut to order, so please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order before it ships. During sales or holidays this can run a little longer — we'll flag it at checkout if so.
Delivery within Egypt
- Cairo & Giza: typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- Other governorates: typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Orders over EGP 150 ship free; smaller orders carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you'll get an email with your order number. You can check its status any time from My Account, or contact us with your order number.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provided at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready. If nobody's available, the courier will typically try again or contact you to arrange a time.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier if you can and contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
